·         If ‘Find my iPhone’ is active, please remove the device from your account.

·         Remove any screen lock that may be on device

·         Reset device back to factory settings by going to Settings>General>Reset>Reset all content and settings

·         Notify Telecommunications of user change or to disconnect service, by sending an email to

·         If returning the cell phone, please send via District mail to Telecommunications Ed Ctr 1023
