Free cardio and strength training workouts Fridays at Ed Center

February is a great time to refocus and re-energize and what better way to do that than thru exercise? As part of our District Wellness Initiative, VEBA is offering district employees a free Cardio & Strength Training Circuits workout in the EOC Situation room on Fridays from 12-1pm. (This is an air-conditioned room) Circuits will run from 12-12:30 and 12:30-1:00 p.m. Workout attire is strongly recommend, but not required. This is a great workout and the instructor accommodates for different levels of experience. You are welcome to come to one or both sessions.

Is someone at your site a Life Changer? Nominate them now for LifeChanger of the Year

We all know at least one teacher or school district employee who inspires us, and goes above and beyond for their students. It could be a gym teacher who started a nonprofit to teach students about art and music, an administrator who visits the homes of students in need, or a maintenance worker who fundraises for school programs. These educators and school employees are LifeChangers, and we're here to help you honor them.
