CLEAN UP FOR USERS WITH SCHOOLWIDE SITE ACCESS – Update: Link to Job Aid Now Working

Site Administrators: Please REMOVE staff that no longer need access to all students in Illuminate at your site. Upon completion of the steps in this JOB AID, access will be removed the following day. (To view this job aid, use your SDUSD Google Account.) The link is also posted in the Bulletin on your Illuminate Dashboard. Background: Schoolwide access is assigned at individual school sites with permission of the principal. Teachers automatically have access to students rostered to them in Illuminate. However, staff members who do not have students rostered to them, such as site administrators, counselors, site techs, etc. need to be provided access at the school site. Additionally, teachers can be given access to all students at the school as decided by the principal. While it has been possible to add users, it had not been possible to REMOVE them…until now. The issue with removing users has been fixed.

CLEAN UP FOR USERS WITH DISTRICTWIDE ACCESS IN ILLUMINATE

Districtwide access to Illuminate is provided by Tressa Renee, District Illuminate Coordinator. Those no longer working at the Central Office will be removed from districtwide access on August 22nd. If your access is removed and you need it restored, your supervisor must send an email request to Crystal Anderson (canderson2@sandi.net) and include your name, employee ID, and your title.
