4/19 - Don’t Forget to Contact IT Help Desk for Issues Before End of School!

The ITSS Department would like to recommend to our customers that issues relating to i21 Classroom technology, including Promethean Boards, teacher/student devices, and front office technology, be called in to the Help Desk prior to the end of the school year.

Please don’t wait to collect a number of issues, such as multiple student device needs, that may require attention before contacting the Help Desk, particularly toward the end of school - we want to ensure as smooth a transition as possible ahead of opening of schools, and keep resolution timelines to a minimum.
