2/13 - PrimeTime application window opens March 6, 2017, NEW online process – please share details with parents and staff

The 2017-18 PrimeTime (before and after-school program) application window opens March 6, 2017 at 6 a.m. and remains open through May 5, 2017. 

All families with children in elementary, middle, or K-8 schools (including transitional kindergarten) interested in participating in PrimeTime during the 2017-2018 school year must submit an application online. This includes children currently participating in PrimeTime, and children on the wait list.

NEW THIS YEAR: All applications are being accepted online. To complete and submit the application online, parents will need internet access and an email address to create an InfoSnap account. (NOTE: Optional training for staff to learn how to access the online PrimeTime application and provide support to families is being offered Feb. 15. Sign up in ERO).  

We encourage you to share information about the new online application process and important deadline with families. The Extended Learning Opportunities Department has created this flier with information about the new online application process. Extended Learning will provide printed fliers for all school sites for distribution to families the week of February 13. Please distribute them as soon as you receive them. An electronic version has also been included for use on your school website and in parent communication, including newsletters and SchoolMessenger. In addition, included here is some text to utilize in communication with parents.  

ORIENTATION: The PrimeTime Partner providing services at your school site will be holding a Parent Orientation before Friday, March 3, 2017, prior to the initial application process. This event is intended for all families interested in the PrimeTime program.
