District iTunes Password

The district iTunes account password changes daily. If you need the district iTunes account password, click here (requires employee login).

If you forget your SDUSD iTunes Apple ID

  1. Tap on “settings”
  2. Tap on “store” on the left side.  

If you forget your Apple ID password

Go to this Apple website iforgot.apple.com and follow the steps there.

If you need the iPad home and lock screen image

Download the iPad SDUSD home and lock screen image   (Job aid for adding the SDUSD home and lock screen image: iOS6, iOS7

If you need information on redistributing your Student iPads 

Go to the i21 Student Device Redistribution page. You will need to login with your district ID and Password.
