Financial Planning, Monitoring and Accountability


 

Financial Planning, Monitoring and Accountability Department supports categorical programs and budget operations. 

Categorical support consists of providing guidance and assistance to schools implementing programs and activities funded through Title I and/or Compensatory Education.  Responsibilities include supporting School Site Councils (SSCs), and the District Advisory Council for Compensatory Education (DAC), to effectively carry out their assigned responsibilities, overseeing the Single Plan for Student Achievement (SPSA), Title I Schoolwide Programs (SWP), coordinating the California Department of Education (CDE) Federal Program Monitoring (FPM) on-site and online reviews, site reviews, and related activities.
