Issue with InfoSnap New Student Enrollment Deliveries to PowerSchool Failing

An issue is causing New Student Enrollment deliveries from InfoSnap to PowerSchool to fail. Instead of confirming that a student has been delivered, the spinning “busy indicator” displays indefinitely. The student does not appear in PowerSchool. Please refrain from delivering additional students until this problem is resolved.

If your school has a situation where a student must be enrolled promptly, you may proceed with enrolling the student in PowerSchool directly. However, there is a possibility that the InfoSnap delivery could complete later and create a duplicate entry in PowerSchool. If this does happen please be careful to not get the active student and the duplicate student mixed up. Report the duplicate to the Help Desk and it will be tagged for deletion.

The IT Department is working with InfoSnap Support to correct this problem. Thank you for your patience as these issues are being resolved.
