I am so excited to be here. My first weeks at Tierrasanta have been wonderful. Tierrasanta is a unique place where all that is good comes together in a family like atmosphere to do what is right for students. I have been overwhelmed with everyone’s friendliness and willingness to help. Tierrasanta emits an incredible feeling of positive energy. I already feel like I am a part of this great team. I am very fortunate to be here and am looking forward to adding to this special school.

In my short time here I have met great teachers who are caring and professional

as well as dedicated to seeing their students succeed. The passion and dedication to rigorous reflection and constant improvement of their craft is apparent as I speak to teachers about what is going on in their classrooms. They know their students well and all have the goal of bringing them to the next level.

I have met enthusiastic parents who have made me feel so welcome. They have been very helpful getting me acquainted with Tierrasanta.  It is quite evident that they are dedicated to their children’s school success. I have had the privilege to work closely with PTA. The PTA at Tierrasanta is a group of committed parents who donate time, money, and resources to ensure that Tierrasanta is a fun place for children to learn as well as develop their character.

I have also had the honor of working with the super students here at Tierrasanta. They are all so smart, kind, and warm. It is apparent that the goal of all involved here is to produce intelligent, well- rounded students that will add greatly to society.

The teachers, students, and parents have really made me feel welcome and a part of the “Tierrasanta family.”  Thanks and I am looking forward to a fantastic year!
