CELDT Update
Dear Principals and/or CELDT Test Site Coordinators:
We just learned that the CELDT Pre-ID labels will not arrive until late next week. Because of this unexpected delay, the Assessment Services staff will affix the Pre-ID labels on the answer documents for all schools.
There are three critical activities we need you to do in order for Assessment Services to meet the state deadline:
- Ensure that the correct name and ID (local) for each student enrolled before September 14th is clearly written on the front of the answer document.
- Hand-grid all necessary demographic fields on answer documents for students enrolled after September 14th.
- Alphabetize used answer documents by students’ last name for each grade level.
The deadline for returning your CELDT materials is:
§ October 15 – Elementary Schools, Traditional Calendar
§ October 16 – Secondary Schools, Traditional Calendar
§ October 17 – Elementary & Secondary Schools, Single Track Year- Round
