CAHSEE Update

Dear Principals and/or CAHSEE Site Test Coordinators:



You may pick up your CAHSEE materials for the November 6 and 7 administration to Grade 11 (class of 2009), and Adult Education students in the Assessment Services Processing Center, ANNEX 10, at the Eugene Brucker Education Center TOMORROW, October 31,  after NOON.  Beginning Thursday, November 1st, materials can be picked up between 7:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. daily from Annex 10.  If you have any questions regarding your materials please contact Agnes Zufelt at (619) 725-7061 or azufelt@sandi.net.

CAHSEE Update

Dear Principals and/or CAHSEE Coordinators:
 
As many of you know, we will be using the "Class of" designation for all CAHSEE administrations and for the STAR testing this year.  Many of you have expressed concerns about accessing the necessary information in Zangle.  The IT Department has resolved the issue.
 
The Graduation Year (“Class of”) value is now available in the following Query Writer views in Zangle (in the Test History module).  Schools can create their own reports using Test History Query Writer to show CAHSEE or CST data with the “Class of” designation.

• SDCS CST Scores by Grade Level
• SDCS Student Test History
  

• California High School Exit Exam By Grade Level
• California High School Exit Exam By Student ID
