CAHSEE Update

Dear Principals and CAHSEE Site Test Coordinators:

The Student and Parent Reports for the July 2008 administration of the CAHSEE will be available for pickup in Annex 10, beginning TOMORROW, October 1, 2008. They will be available for pickup from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily.  Schools can only pickup the results for their school/students. Please contact Agnes Zufelt at (619) 725-7061, azufelt@sandi.net if you have any questions.

CAHSEE Update

You may pick up your CAHSEE materials for the October administration to Grade 12 (class of 2009) and Adult Education students in the Assessment Services Processing Center, ANNEX 10, beginning WEDNESDAY, October 1, 2008, between 7:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. daily.  If you have any questions regarding your materials please contact Agnes Zufelt at (619) 725-7061 or azufelt@sandi.net.

CAHSEE Update

Dear Principals and/or CAHSEE Site Test Coordinators:
 
The CAHSEE “Nuts and Bolts” Training Session for Site Test Coordinators is scheduled for TUESDAY, September 30, 2008 at 2:30 p.m. at the Ballard Parent Center in Old Town.  The Ballard Parent Center is located at 2375 Congress Street, San Diego, CA 92110.
 
This session is intended to provide training to CAHSEE Site Test Coordinators relative to processing of test materials and training of site staff in the administration and security issues of the assessment.  The rosters for the October CAHSEE administration will also be provided at the training.

CAHSEE Update

Dear Principals and/or CAHSEE Site Test Coordinators:

If you have any eligible students that will need the Braille edition, Large Print edition, or an Audio CD for the October or November CAHSEE administrations, please complete the attached document.  Please check with your school nurse and/or your special education staff to assist you in determining counts of each.  Braille tests take up to eight weeks to deliver.
