CAHSEE Update

Dear Principals and/or CAHSEE Site Coordinators:
 
The CAHSEE “Nuts and Bolts” Training Session for Site Test Coordinators is scheduled for tomorrow, September 25, 2007 at 2:30 p.m. at the Mission Bay Professional Development Center.  Enclosed is a flyer with a map and driving directions. This session is intended to provide training to CAHSEE Site Test Coordinators relative to processing of test materials and training of site staff in the administration and security issues of the assessment.  
 
The October CAHSEE is to be administered on Oct. 2nd and 3rd to Grade 12 (Class of 2008) and Adult Education students that have not passed both sections of the CAHSEE.

The test materials will be available for pick-up on Wednesday, September 26, 2007 between 7:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. in Annex 10.  You may contact Agnes Zufelt at (619) 725-7061 or azufelt@sandi.net if you have any questions about your materials.

CAHSEE Update

Dear Principals and CAHSEE Site Test Coordinators:

The Student and Parent Reports for the July 2007 administration of the CAHSEE will be available for pickup in Annex 3 beginning WEDNESDAY, September 12. They will be available for pickup from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily.  Schools can only pickup the results for their school/students.
