CELDT Update

Dear Principals and/or CELDT Site Test Coordinators:

Please be aware that our district has been assigned the EVEN version numbers for the CELDT administration.  Test materials that were sent to sites contain 2 versions (i.e.  6/7, 8/9, 10/11)  Therefore, test examiners/proctors must use the EVEN number when administering the test (i.e. 6, 8, 10).

Additionally, the materials sent by the publisher in the district's overage are all version 1.  Version 1 can be used at all sites because it does not contain the field test items.  Therefore, if you request additional materials from our office, you will receive version 1.  

If you have any questions about the version numbers or ordering additional materials, please contact Denise Ormsbee at dormsbee@sandi.net.

CELDT Update

Dear Principals and/or CELDT Site Test Coordinators:
 
It has come to our attention that the test publisher, CTB, did not include the Scoring Guides in the CELDT materials you received last week.  We have notified CTB of this, and are waiting for an additional shipment containing the Scoring Guides.  Upon arrival, we will notify you immediately and send them out via school mail.  We apologize for the inconvenience.  Please contact me or Denise Ormsbee at (619) 725-7059 or dormsbee@sandi.net if you have any questions.

CELDT Update

Dear Principals and/or CELDT Site Coordinators:
 
The CELDT packets for the Annual Assessment are now available for pick up in the Assessment Services Test Processing Center, Annex 10, between 7:30 am and 4:30 pm.  The CELDT packets contain the following items:

    -  Group Information Sheets (GISs)
    -  School/Group List Sheets (SGLs)
    -  District Score Sheets
    -  Blue Envelope

CELDT Update

Dear CELDT Coordinators and/or Principals:
 
The CELDT test materials for schools have arrived in the district.  They will be delivered (regular truck delivery) beginning TOMORROW, Wednesday, August 20.  You should receive your CELDT materials between August 20 and August 27.  Please alert your BSS to the anticipated arrival of these materials and make arrangements for the secure storage of all CELDT test materials on your campus.
