CAHSEE Update

Dear Principals and/or CAHSEE Coordinators:
 
There is a slight change on the 2008-09 CAHSEE answer documents from last year.  On the backside of the answer document in box #24, Program Participation, they have removed the “Receiving Title I Services” bubble.  The demographic guides we provided still contain this field.  If any of your demographic guides have “Receiving Title I Services” in the Program Participation box, please ignore it.

CAHSEE Update

Dear Principals and/or CAHSEE Site Test Coordinators:

You may pick up your CAHSEE materials for the July administration to Grade 12 (class of 2008), and Adult Education students in the Assessment Services Processing Center, ANNEX 10, at the Eugene Brucker Education Center beginning TOMORROW, July 23rd,  between 7:30 am and 4:00 pm. Please inventory your materials ASAP and submit a request form for any additional materials you need.   

Important reminders for the July Administration:

• The following sites do not have eligible students for the July administration and will not be testing: Kearny International Studies, La Jolla High, San Diego International Studies, Arroyo Paseo, Health Sciences HS/Middle College, Preuss, ALBA, Del Sol, San Diego MET, Mt. Everest and Muir.
• A Pre-ID file was not submitted for July, but demographic guides will be provided; all necessary demographic fields must be hand-bubbled.
• If a student (class of 2008) shows up on the day of testing that is not your student, please do not turn him/her away; test the student and contact me as soon as possible if this should happen.
