CAHSEE Update

Dear CAHSEE Site Test Coordinators,
 
Many of you have called about the grade level on the pre-ID’d answer documents for your “class of 2010” students.  DO NOT worry about the grade level on the pre-ID label/document.  Use the rosters provided and follow the “class of” column for determining grade level.  When you pack your materials, you’ll place all of the scorable answer documents for your “class of 2010” students (according to the roster) under a Grade 10 SGID.  The SGID will override the Pre-ID file for the grade level.

CAHSEE Update

Dear Principals and CAHSEE Site Test Coordinators:

The late Pre-ID labels for the March 2008 administration of the CAHSEE are now available for pickup in Annex 10.  They will be available for pickup from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily.   Please contact Agnes Zufelt at (619) 725-7061, azufelt@sandi.net or Erin Gordon at (619) 725-5687, egordon@sandi.net if you have any questions.

CAHSEE Udate

Dear Principals and/or CAHSEE Site Test Coordinators:

You may pick up your CAHSEE materials for the March administration to Grade 10 (class of 2010) and 11 (class of 2009), and Adult Education students in the Assessment Services Processing Center, ANNEX 10, at the Eugene Brucker Education Center beginning TOMORROW, March 4,  between 7:30 am and 4:00 pm. Please inventory your materials ASAP and submit a request form for any additional materials you need.  The deadline to order additional materials is this Wednesday, so it is imperative to submit your requests to Agnes ASAP.  If you have any questions regarding your materials please contact Agnes Zufelt at (619) 725-7061 or azufelt@sandi.net.
