Dear Principals and/or CAHSEE Site Test Coordinators:

Beginning with the February CAHSEE administration, the Parent Education Level will be included in the Pre-ID file.  Therefore, you will NOT hand-grid the Parent Education Level field for students’ answer documents that have been Pre-ID’d.

CAHSEE Update

Dear Principals and/or CAHSEE Site Test Coordinators:
If you are aware that an eligible student will need the Braille edition, Large Print edition, or an Audio CD of the examination for the March CAHSEE administration, please notify Assessment Services by Wednesday, January 23, 2008.  Please check with the school nurse and/or your Special Education staff to assist you in determining counts of each.  Braille tests can take up to eight weeks to deliver.

CAHSEE Update

Dear Principals and CAHSEE Site Test Coordinators:

The Student and Parent Reports for the November 2007 administration of the CAHSEE will be available for pickup in Annex 3 beginning tomorrow, THURSDAY, January 10. They will be available for pickup from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily.  Schools can only pickup the results for their school/students.
