Rewards for Recyling
The district's Recycling Office, in conjunction with Keep California Beautiful, conducts a monthly contest to help promote recycling. This contest is open to all staff members, including volunteers, who pledge to recycle paper in district facilities. Every month, two names are drawn from the pledge cards submitted. February - Maggie Garza from Oak Park Elementary and Elaine Nelson from the Education Center. Each won a $10 gift certificate to Just Fabulous Kensington and a $5 certificate to Sammy's Woodfired Pizza.
