 Payroll Department Transition In the district’s continuous efforts to streamline fiscal responsibilities and accountabilities, the Payroll Department has moved from Human Resource Services to the Financial Operations Division. Sue Weir has been named interim payroll director and can be reached at sweir@sandi.net or (619) 725-7717. The Benefits Department will remain with Human Resources. Ronnie Adair will continue in her role as benefits operations supervisor and can be reached at radair1@sandi.net or (619) 725-8131. Employees should continue to contact their payroll technicians with questions regarding payroll issues. |

Staff Bulletin Goes to Print Employees without a district email account or access to a computer can now keep up with the latest district news. A new print version of Staff Bulletin will be distributed to schools and some work sites in limited quantities. The print version will be an abridged version of the electronic Staff Bulletin. This employee newsletter is published monthly. |

Nominate Your School Site’s Teacher of the Year Recognize excellence. Nominations are now being accepted for school site 2007-08 Teacher of the Year candidates. The deadline
to submit a nomination form  is Friday, January
26. All nominated teachers will be recognized at the May 8 Board of Education meeting. Nominees also have the
opportunity to apply to the district-level competition. For information, contact Linda Zintz at
