•	Roberta Bendixen died on October 29, 2006. She was an Instructional Aide at Wilson Middle School Teacher at the time of her retirement.
•	Bob Boersma died on December 4, 2006. He was a Teacher at Garfield High School at the time of his death.
•	Gary Hobson died on December 29, 2006. He was a Bus Driver with Transportation at the time of his death.
•	Richard Martin died on November 10, 2006. He was a Teacher at Morse High School at the time of his retirement.
•	Fern Pinches died on October 29, 2006. She was a Teacher at Farnum Elementary School at the time of her retirement.
•	James Rudolph died on December 5, 2006. He was a Teacher at San Diego High School of International Studies at the time of his death.
•	Alan Smith died on November 15, 2006. He was a Teacher at Miller Elementary School at the time of his retirement.
