 Food Services Stirs Up Successful Holiday Toy Drive 
The fifth annual Food Services Holiday
Toy Drive provided ten families from schools in our district with an array of toys, games, sports equipment,
books, bicycles and gift certificates. Food donations and grocery store gift certificates helped fill kitchen
cupboards.
Many caring hands played a role in this year’s toy/food drive. Shirley Cabri-Rumrill, Violeta Gonzales and Maria Lagace organized the event. Food Services Operations Center employees, drivers and production kitchen managers and employees worked hard to make the drive a success. “Even though this is an extra effort at a very busy time of year, when we start receiving feedback from grateful families, and learning how we make such a difference in their lives, I realize how important this is,” said Shirley. “We’re ready to do it again next year.” << Features |
