•	Walter Baranski, whose service with the district began September 1964, died on June 4. He was an Interim Teacher at the time of his retirement.
•	Mary Barrus, whose service with the district began September 1950, died on June 1. She was a Vice Principal at Snyder Continuation High School at the time of her retirement.
•	Joel Cameron, whose service with the district began August 2001, died on June 6. He was a Military Science Instructor at Hoover High at the time of his death.
•	Claudia Ferreira, whose service with the district began February 1997, died on May 12. She was a School Clerk at Mission Bay High at the time of her death.
•	Evelynne Hada, whose service with the district began September 1974, died on February 5. She was a Teacher at Chesterton Elementary at the time of her retirement.
•	Sabine McGraw, whose service with the district began January 2003, died on May 28. She was a Bus Driver at Pupil Transportation at the time of her death.
•	Rose Mary Montejano, whose service with the district began April 1997, died on May 19. She was a Child Development Center Assistant at Euclid Children’s Center at the time of her death.
•	Robert Robinson, whose service with the district began September 1961, died on February 23. He was a Teacher at Crown Point Elementary at the time of his retirement.
•	Marlene Shaw, whose service with the district began September 1950, died on May 19. She was a District Counselor with Guidance Services at the time of her retirement.
•	Archie Taylor, whose service with the district began September 1961, died on May 17. He was a Teacher at Roosevelt Junior High at the time of his retirement.
