Carmen Munnelly, De Portola Middle School, and St. Claire Adriann, KIPP Adelante Preparatory Academy, have been chosen from more than 75,000 nominees nationwide to receive the 2006 Disney Teacher Award in celebration of their creativity, innovative teaching methods, and ability to
inspire their students.
Student Recognition
The San Diego City Schools Board of Education recognized 1,280 students at Student Recognition Ceremony on Tuesday, May 23.
