•	Benjamin Carr died on August 24. He was a Buyer with Purchasing at the time of his retirement.
•	David Hinesly died on October 22. He was a Fiscal Control Technician with Fiscal Control Department at the time of his death.
•	Alice Mittermiller died on August 8. She was a Teacher at La Jolla High School at the time of her retirement.
•	Teresa Ramirez died on October 23. She was an Extended Learning Program Clerk at Fletcher Elementary at the time of her death.
•	Gisella Schmidt died on June 25. She was a Teacher at San Diego SCPA at the time of her retirement.
