Former Memphis science teacher Dorothy Harper, our new associate superintendent of parent, community and student engagement, knows that education has given her a great opportunity to help hundreds of thousands of parents and students. Annual Benefits Open Enrollment:
Open Enrollment runs through the entire month of November 2006. Materials will be delivered to work sites by November 1. Changes made during Open Enrollment will take effect January 1, 2007.
