Mandated Posters at Schools, CDC Sites
|
|
Federal and State of California laws require San Diego Unified to conspicuously display designated
mandated posters where employees can read them. Failure to comply with these laws can result in
state-imposed monetary penalties, which would be allocated to site budgets. The 17 mandatory posters
can be downloaded from the Risk Management website at
http://www.sandi.net/risk/california_mandated_posters.htm.
All schools and CDCs should print and display immediately. Hard-copy posters will no longer be
delivered. Some posters have been updated. Be sure to replace any outdated posters with current
ones. Posters at the Education Center and adjacent annexes, Cardinal Lane sites, Physical Plant
Operations and Transportation will be managed by Risk Management. For information, contact Dean
Warner at dwarner1@sandi.net or (858) 627-7352.
