Individual copies of the student transcript, or cumulative student record (CSR), were sent via US Mail to each district student in Grades 7 through 12 during the week of August 19, 2002. The transcripts were accompanied by one insert - the Explanation of Information on Student Transcript. Printed in English and Spanish, the insert explains the contents of each section of the transcript. Please note that the "Testing and Conferences" section of the transcript now contains California High School Exit Examination (CAHSEE) results. A copy of the bilingual insert (English and Spanish) is attached for your reference. The insert has also been translated into Cambodian, Hmong, Lao, Somali, and Vietnamese. Blackline masters of these translations are available for you to make copies as needed.
