Brief Explanation:

MULTITRACK YEAR-ROUND SCHOOLS, OPEN DEPARTMENTS AND CHILD DEVELOPMENT CENTERS: Monthly certificated and classified employees--June pay warrants and payroll warrant information for employees on automatic payroll deposit will be distributed at the work sites in the regular manner on June 28, 2002. Special handling will not be available.

CLOSED SITES: Monthly certificated and classified employees--All warrants for closed sites will be placed in the U.S. mail on June 27, 2002.

If you will be out of town, please sign up for electronic deposit.

With electronic deposit your pay warrant will be automatically deposited on payday to the bank account you designate. An "Employee Authorization for Automatic Payroll Deposit" form received NO LATER THAN JUNE 5, will affect your June 28 pay. The form is available at your site. The automatic payroll deposit will continue for future payrolls.

Counter pick-up will not be available.
