The Board of Education will recognize significant individual student and
team achievements at a Board meeting in May 2002. The purpose of this
circular is to solicit names of deserving students/teams for recognition
at the board meeting scheduled for May 28, 2002.
We need your assistance to ensure that all deserving students are honored and that their achievements are publicly celebrated. To submit student/team names, please complete and return the attached form as noted by May 1, 2002. NO LATE FORMS WILL BE ACCEPTED. Additional forms may be duplicated at the site. Confirmations will be sent. CRITERIA FOR INDIVIDUAL STUDENT AWARDS Awards for individual student achievement, at the minimum, must be countywide or regional, and must be first place or sweepstakes. IMPORTANT: The presentations will be made on May 28, 2002, at 3 p.m. in the Eugene Brucker Education Center auditorium. Certificates will be awarded as part of the presentation.
