The scantron sheet application for paraeducator summer school employment
is attached to this circular. Instructional Assistants (IAs), Special
Education Technicians (SETs) and Instructional Behavioral Technicians
(IBTs) should use this application.
The scantron sheet application, (Attachment 1), general information sheet, which contains directions for completing the application (Attachment 2), sample application (Attachment 3), and payroll information sheet (Attachment 4) must be placed in the school office where they are to be made available to all employees wishing to apply for summer school. The hard copy application deadline is April 26, 2002. Note: Only the red original scantron sheet applications received before the deadline will be considered for employment. This application is for paraeducators only. At this time, summer school staffing for employees and positions in the Office-Technical and Business Services (OTBS) bargaining unit is on hold. Further information for OTBS employees will be forthcoming. It is extremely
important that a designee at the school site review all applications
prior to mailing to ensure they are filled out completely and correctly.
