PAY DATE: June pay warrants for ALL monthly certificated and classified employees will be payable on June 29, 2001. YEAR-ROUND SCHOOLS, OPEN DEPARTMENTS AND CHILD DEVELOPMENT CENTERS: Monthly certificated and classified employees - June pay warrants and payroll warrant information for employees on automatic payroll deposit will be distributed at the work sites in the regular manner on June 29, 2001. Special handling will not be available. CLOSED SITES: Monthly certificated and classified employees - All warrants for closed sites will be placed in the U.S. mail on June 28, 2001. The following options are available for employees assigned to sites that will be closed on June 29: Temporary Mailing Address for the June Pay Warrant Only: Your June pay warrant will be mailed to a temporary address other than your current mailing address. Please complete and sign the "Request for Special Mailing" form (attachment) and return to the Eugene Brucker Education Center, Fiscal Control Department, Room 3251, NO LATER THAN JUNE 8, 2001.Automatic Payroll Deposit: Your pay warrant will be automatically deposited on pay day to the bank account you designate. An "Employee Authorization For Automatic Payroll Deposit" form received NO LATER THAN JUNE 1, will affect your June 29 pay. The form is available at your site. The automatic payroll deposit will continue for future payrolls. Counter pick-up will not be available. |
