Action Requested: Post for a minimum of ten (10) workdays. Distribute copies of circular to Parent Teacher Association (PTA) and Community Advisory Committee (CAC) chairpersons at the site

Brief Explanation:

On September 26, 2000, the attached Memorandum of Understanding by and between the San Diego Unified School District and the San Diego Education Association, for the certificated bargaining unit, was adopted by the Board of Education. Please post this document at your site in a place conveniently accessible for viewing by interested members of the public, students, and staff during regular business hours, as required by Education Code and district regulations.

The attached Memorandum of Understanding has been posted on the Board of Education bulletin board on the first floor of the Eugene Brucker Education Center for public viewing during regular business hours. Copies have also been distributed to the San Diego Unified Parent Teacher Association Council and to all branches of the San Diego City Library system.
