Brief Explanation:The attached initial proposal for negotiations by the California School Employees Association (CSEA), Chapter 724, for the Operations-Support Services bargaining unit, was presented to the Board of Education on September 12, 2000. The initial proposal pertains to the impacts and effects of the implementation of the "Blueprint for Student Success". Please post this proposal at your site in a place conveniently accessible for viewing by interested members of the public, students, and staff during regular business hours, as required by Education Code and district regulations. This proposal has been posted on the Board of Education bulletin board on the first floor of the Eugene Brucker Education Center for public viewing during regular business hours. Copies have also been distributed to the San Diego Unified Parent Teacher Association Council and to all branches of the San Diego City Library system.
