Action Requested: Post for a minimum of ten (10) workdays. Distribute copies of circular to Parent Teacher Association (PTA) and Community Advisory Committee (CAC) chairpersons at site

 
Brief Explanation:

On June 27, 2000, the Board of Education adopted the attached Amendment to the collective bargaining agreement, and Memoranda of Understanding between the San Diego Unified School District and the San Diego Education Association for the certificated bargaining unit.

Implementation of the Beginning Teacher Salary Provision (AB 1117)
Appendix A - Salary Rules (Section 3.00 Only)
Implementation of the Peer Assistance and Review Program (AB 1X)
Memorandum of Understanding Between SDUSD and SD Education Association

Please post these materials at your site in a place conveniently accessible for viewing by interested members of the public, students, and staff during regular business hours, as required by Government Code and district regulations. The agreements have also been posted on the Board of Education bulletin board on the first floor of the Eugene Brucker Education Center for public viewing during regular business hours. Copies have been distributed to the San Diego Unified Parent Teacher Association Council and to all branches of the San Diego City Library system.
