DISTRIBUTION OF WARRANTS:

Monthly Certificated Employees assigned to administrative sites: December pay warrants will be distributed at the work sites in the regular manner on January 2, 2001. Special handling will not be available.

Monthly Certificated Employees assigned to school and Child Development Center sites: All warrants for closed sites will be placed in the U.S. Mail on December 30, 2000.

The following options are available for employees assigned to sites that will be closed on January 2:

Temporary Mailing Address for the December Pay Warrant Only: Your December pay warrant will be mailed to a temporary address other than your current mailing address. Please fill out the "Request for Special Mailing" form on the reverse side of this circular and return to the Eugene Brucker Education Center, Fiscal Control Department, Room 3251, NO LATER THAN DECEMBER 8, 2000.

Automatic Payroll Deposit: Your pay warrant will be automatically deposited on payday to the
bank account you designate. An "Employee Authorization For Automatic Payroll Deposit" form RECEIVED NO LATER THAN 12 P.M. DECEMBER 1, will affect your January 2 pay. The form is available at your site. The automatic payroll deposit will continue for future payrolls or until it is terminated.
