In an effort to promote staff wellness,
we are pleased to announce that Prudential HealthCare, a member company of
Aetna US Healthcare, will, for the second year in a row, provide 2000
units of flu vaccine for district employees at no cost. Employees are
eligible regardless of their health plan.
Because of the limited number of employees who can be accommodated, flu shots will be administered at each of the scheduled locations on a first-come, first-served basis. While district employees may go to any of the locations listed, it is suggested that they utilize the designated location in their cluster. Please wear clothing that will easily allow the shot to be given in the upper arm. As an additional option, employees may want to inquire as to the availability of flu shots through their primary care physician or medical group.
