Brief Explanation:

A copy of the transcript, or cumulative student record (CSR), was mailed to each student in Grades 7 through 12 during the month of August. Two inserts were included in the mailing. The first insert, "Explanation of Information on Student Transcript," explains each section of the transcript. The second insert, "Blueprint for Student Success: Prevention, Intervention, and Retention Strategies, 2000-01," summarizes the strategies to be implemented in the 2000-01 academic year. Both inserts were printed in English and Spanish.

Attached are copies of the English versions of both inserts as well as translations in Cambodian, Hmong, Lao, Spanish, and Vietnamese. These blackline masters are provided so that schools may duplicate copies as needed.
