ALL PRINCIPALS, DIVISION AND DEPARTMENT HEADS

The Third Version of each school's Magnet, VEEP, and/or Choice wait list will be available online for schools Monday, June 18, 2001. Additionally, hard copies of the list will be sent to each school during the week of June 18, 2001. The Third Version includes the names of students who have submitted applications between May 14-June 8, 2001. The names of the students have been added to your lists in date and time order. No priorities are given to applicants after March 15. It is important to remember the following:

• Schools must offer enrollment to students in order of the list.
• Schools need to remember that many parents work during the day. Genuine efforts need to be made to contact parents via mail or phone calls after work hours. Labels are available for printing at your school via the district's online Enrollment Options Reports program.
• The Disposition section is easily completed with the pull down menu.

The Fourth Version of your site's Magnet, VEEP, and/or Choice wait list will be available online on August 25, 2001.
