Procurement Card Ordering Instructions

Sites that returned their 2001-2002 renewal list to EBSCO will receive a "proforma invoice" by April 27, 2001. By June 1, 2001, sites will fax the invoice back to EBSCO including their procurement card number. EBSCO will place orders on behalf of the schools by July 15, 2001. Sites using procurement cards will be billed in September 2001. For new accounts with EBSCO, please contact Beverlee Tucker Branch in the Procurement Services Unit at (858) 496-8044.

EFRA Ordering Instructions

Magazines that are not ordered using a procurement card must be received (electronically) in Procurement by May 16th in order to guarantee delivery by September 2001.

All sites that returned their 2001-2002 renewal list to EBSCO will receive instructions on how to process their orders no later than April 27, 2001.
