|
Intervention Services has been asked to implement a comprehensive and systematic response to crisis events. Immediate intervention and factual information are key elements needed to support students, staff and community and to return the site to normal operation. Therefore, a three prong approach has been initiated: a site crisis response team (CRT), a cluster CRT (CCRT) and a district CRT (DCRT). The site administrator or designee will manage the CRT at the site. The CCRT and/or DCRT would be activated after consultation with the Director of Intervention Services Department for additional support. Attached is the Crisis Intervention Plan. The plan contains pertinent information to have at your fingertips in the event of a crisis at your site. Please complete Page 4 of the attachment and submit a copy to: Intervention Services Department or FAX to: (858) 627-7444 More information and training will be provided at a later date to assist you and your site team to prepare for an appropriate response to a crisis. |
