Attachment 1 - Stock Requisition Form In order to start the bidding process for senior high school diploma covers, we are requesting that all schools needing diploma covers for 2000-2001 graduating seniors submit a stock requisition to the Institute for Learning, Education Center, Room 2232, no later than Friday, January 26. (Please do not order through the mainframe--complete the stock requisition attached.) The stock number for diploma covers is 22-C-5900. Please leave the budget code blank, but do fill in the school delivery location number. The budget number will be added by the Institute for Learning.
