Brief Explanation:

 

Additional meetings (schedule attached) have been set up for employees who were unable to attend those previously scheduled in Administrative Circular 118. Please note on the attached that some meetings are in Spanish.

Financial advisors from American General Financial Advisors/Variable Annuity Life Insurance Company will make presentations and answer questions regarding the 401(a) retirement plan. At these meetings, eligible employees will be able to enroll in the plan or schedule individual consultations to conduct more in-depth investment planning. All employees who have an active assignment in the OTBS or OSS bargaining units are eligible for participation. We strongly encourage all eligible employees to attend one of the scheduled meetings. Spouses are also encouraged to attend these informational meetings.

If you are unable to attend any of these meetings, information packets and forms will be delivered to all school sites. Please check with the site secretary for this information.
