| The
Integration Services, Reporting, and Enrollment Options Office is
compiling information for the 2001-2002 San Diego Plan for Racial
Integration. The document is submitted yearly to the Board of
Education and to the state for accountability. As a school with a magnet
program and a recipient of integration funds, you are required to update
your school’s portion of the document.
Under separate cover you will receive your site’s 2000-2001 magnet program description from the San Diego Plan for Racial Integration. Please make minor changes directly on this document. If you need to make major changes to your description, please do so on a separate piece of paper. You do not need to project your magnet enrollment for the 2001-2002 school year. Magnet enrollment goals were sent to your site in a document entitled Principal’s Enrollment Forecasting and Facilities Allocation by the Facilities Planning Department in November of 2000. In addition, under separate cover, you will receive the Magnet Program brochure that was sent to parents and community organizations in October 2000. Your magnet program description was published in the brochure. Please review, update, and/or make minor changes directly in this document. Magnet brochures will be mailed to parents in October. Please return your updated magnet descriptions for the San Diego Plan for Racial Integration and the Magnet Program Brochure to the Integration Services, Reporting, and Enrollment Options Office, Eugene Brucker Education Center, Annex 7A, by May 16, 2001.
