Accessing Enrollment Options Report

Access to your Choice, Magnet, or VEEP enrollment lists can be found in the district folder titled Applications. The new program is titled Enrollment Options Reports. (Personnel must have a user account in order to login to the district system. School secretaries may arrange for personnel to have access by completing the User Account Request at:

http://www-isb.sandi.net/isb/techsupport )

Under separate cover, a user guide for the Enrollment Options Reports program will be included with the Choice, Magnet, or VEEP enrollment lists sent to each site on April 16, 2001. The user guide will also be available at the district’s MIS/TSS Publications web site at:

http://www-isb.sandi.net/isb/publications/index.html .

Viewing and printing wait lists and address labels

Schools will be able to view and print their Choice, Magnet, or VEEP student enrollment lists by ranked order or alphabetical order and to print address labels. Ranked lists need to be printed on legal-size paper (8.5 x 14). Alphabetical lists can be printed on standard paper (8.5 x 11). To print address labels, you will need Avery Labels #5160 or #5960.

Updating dispositions

Schools are required to provide documentation of the disposition on the printed ranked list for each contacted student/family. The disposition also needs to be entered in the Enrollment Options Report. The appropriate disposition is selected from the drop-down menu and the date of final disposition is entered. Dispositions from the drop-down menu include the following:

Enrolled = student accepted enrollment at school

Parent declined = parent declined school offer to enroll student

Unable to reach = unable to contact parent after several attempts

Out of district = student moved out of district after list was created

Out of pattern (VEEP only) = student moved out of pattern after list was created

Select None to restore disposition field to blank (a blank disposition field means no activity for the student).

Dispositions will be monitored by the Enrollment Options Office to ensure that students are offered enrollment in the order of the list.
