Brief Explanation:

 

Our office will soon begin the scheduling process for the three Off-Campus Integrated Learning Experiences (OCILE) programs. Your input is needed to better accommodate your school's needs.

Please review your plans for next year and note on the attachment any special requests that you would like to have considered, such as seasonal concerns, or whether you would like all grades to be scheduled for the same week. While the primary criteria for each week needs to be the ethnic and gender balance and size of the groups attending, overriding district priorities, such as testing, will be considered. However, every effort will be made to accommodate your requests.
