are asked to complete and return the enclosed School
Information Directory (PDF format) by
October 13, 2000, to your
instructional leader in Room 2038. The data on the School Information
Directory will be used to respond to requests for information from parents
and community members.
This School Information Directory will also be used in conjunction with the School Profile (mostly testing information) produced by Assessment and Accountability, the Program Summary developed by sites to provide the background data needed by monitoring teams, and the Daily Instructional Schedule used to certify instructional time.
