For District Staff

The Master Calendar is designed to help district staff track and plan for major district events, such as professional development, special events, trainings and districtwide meetings. Before scheduling an event, follow these simple steps:

Check the Master Calendar .
Select a tentative date(s) that does not conflict with another event for the same target audience.
Complete and submit the information below. The request process is for SDUSD employees only.
Wait for confirmation that the date is available before scheduling the event. You will receive confirmation within 5 working days.

Every effort will be made to accommodate a request, however, there may be times when an alternative date will need to be selected. Once a date is confirmed, the event will be posted on the Master Calendar.
