	The California Housing Finance Agency (CalHFA) offers low interest rate financing and down payment assistance to eligible teachers, administrators, staff members and classified employees who serve in high priority schools (API ranks 1-5) and who are purchasing a first home in California. 	Barnes & Noble and Bookstar offer 20% off all books and 10% off movies and music to teachers and librarians (For use in the classroom only).
