Parent Connection: Collaboration and communication between
parents and staff is a priority at the Scripps Ranch High School. In an
effort to build on this belief, and to ensure academic success for all students,
we are implementing ParentConnection. ParentConnection is a web-based
application that provides parents secured access to a wide array of their
children's school data, such as district, school, and classroom news; student
demographics; student schedules; attendance activity; class assignments; report
cards & progress reports; and e-mail links to teachers, counselors, and school
administration. In order to use Parent Connect you must have an account created

Gonzalez at 858 621-9020 x1107 to make an appointment to receive their PIN and
password. Parents must come in with a photo ID.
Parent Connection Update: Thank you for your
interest in Parent Connection, the online link to your student's learning.
Unfortunately we are getting calls from parents unable to log into Parent
Connection using the PIN number and password sent via US Mail last week. There
seem to be two main errors parents are experiencing: "Password Expired" and
"Password Changed."
Parents with a "Password Expired" message can contact Roger Engle (858 621-9020
x1109 or rengle@sandi.net) and your
account will be activated so your PIN number and password will work. Please
allow a few days to resolve your account as the calls are coming in faster than
the accounts can be activated.
Parents whose password has been changed or did not receive a password need to
come into the office with a picture ID and either Roger Engle or Nancy Eggert
can reset your password for you. Due to confidentiality and security reasons, we
cannot give PIN and password information by phone or via email
Please note that teachers are also learning a new software program, called
Zangle Gradebook, to keep student grades online. Gradebook is to the teachers
what Parent Connection is to the parents. Please be patient as we all learn to
