Hospitality and Volunteer Opportunities
Hospitality:
The Scripps Ranch High School Hospitality Committee provides refreshments for everyone who benefits from our organization. Thank you in advance for their support of the Foundation and their dedication to providing an excellent educational experience for our students. Board members organize the luncheon and parent volunteers donate many of the homemade items.
During the school year the Foundation provides hospitality on behalf of the families of Scripps Ranch High School. We serve refreshments three times a year at the teachers´ afternoon staff meetings. The healthy snacks, dessert and coffee, are always a welcome reward at the end of a long day.
The Senior Scholarships Program is another occasion to provide a snack to parents and students who are attending this event on campus.
The Hospitality Committee truly enjoys providing this service when requested. It is our desire to have items donated, but when it isn't possible, it's always nice to know we can count on the generosity of the parents of Scripps Ranch High School.
Volunteerism at the SRHS
There are many ways to contribute to an organization, and volunteering one's times is invaluable and necessary. All schools, whether they are private or public benefit tremendously
from the generosity of all volunteers. High school is not the time to feel you've done your part and you are not needed any longer. There are many ways to volunteer and your support is much needed. We are lucky to be able
to send our children to a safe, challenging, and supportive school. This is due in part to the strong parental support that the parents of Scripps Ranch High continue to demonstrate. of areas where support is always needed. By volunteering your time you will make a valuable contribution, be a positive role model to all SRHS students, and be involved in your student's school.
